Individual Family Business

(Husband & Wife or Father/Mother & Non-spouse Immediate Family Member)

$2,400 for Each Additional Immediate Family Member.

Business (2 Persons)

(Business Owner & One Employee, Or Two Employees of the Business)

$3,600 for Each Business Employee Thereafter. Maximum of Five People

Per Business.**

**Must show proof to the satisfaction of the club that the business applying for a Business Package is an operating business in California. The business owner applicant and each employee applicant must be employed by the company as his or her principal source of employment to qualify.
